Position OverviewWere seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Rain Gutter and Shade Installer. Youll assist with the installation of seamless rain gutters, downspouts, sun screens, patio covers, and other sun protection systems under the guidance of experienced team members and leadership.Our company values teamwork, reliability, and continuous growth every installer is trained with the goal of long-term advancement.Compensation StructureBase Pay$x / hourGuaranteed minimum of 40 hours per weekOvertime Rate1.5x / hourPaid for all hours over 40 per weekLunch Break30 minutes (paid)Usually during travel & between jobsPay ScheduleWeekly (Fridays)Includes all approved hours and completed projects Note : Paid time includes loading, travel between jobs, installation, and end-of-day cleanup.How Overtime WorksOvertime begins after 40 total hours in one workweek (Monday through Saturday).While the position guarantees 40 hours weekly, actual hours often vary based on workload and scheduling.
