We are seeking a skilled Remote Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware software and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide remote technical support for desktops laptops and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues.
Install configure and maintain operating systems and applications.
Respond promptly to service requests and document all support activities.
Maintain system security and ensure compliance with IT policies.
Qualifications :
Associate or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in desktop or IT support (remote experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and remote support tools.
Excellent troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills.
