Position Title : Auto Warranty Product Development Manager

Location : Richardson, TX. -Hybrid Role; 2 days WFH, 3 days in office

Employment Type : Full-Time | Exempt

Reports To : VP of Product Development and Compliance

Industry : Automotive Warranty & Consumer Protection Products

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Auto Warranty Product Development Manager to ensure a leading suite of F&I products meets dealer and lender expectations while remaining fully compliant with state regulations. In this role, you will take ownership of product filings, collaborate across departments, and act as a subject matter expert in auto warranty compliance and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Filing & Development

  • Prepare and submit product forms for regulatory and lender filings (including F&I Sentinel)
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of filings to Compliance within defined SLAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and communicate approval updates

Regulatory Compliance & Support

  • Provide guidance to Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on compliance requirements
  • Review and support marketing content for compliance alignment
  • Regulatory Intelligence

  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting the auto warranty space
  • Communicate and implement changes with key internal stakeholders
  • Support broader compliance initiatives as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the auto warranty industry with a focus on product development and compliance
  • Proven expertise in F&I Sentinel and lender filing processes
  • Deep understanding of state and federal warranty regulations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Monday.com experience preferred
