What You Can Expect :

• Full time and Part time available
• Day, swing, and night shift available. 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off schedule with 12 hour shifts
• Working with virtual nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff
• Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits
• Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with Customer Virtual Care Team clinicians.
