As part of our team, you will :

• Provide weekly family therapy sessions and caregiver coaching calls.
• Facilitate group therapy for both clients and their families, fostering a supportive environment.
• Support clients during meal times, promoting healthy behaviors.
• Engage in ongoing care management to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique identity and circumstances.
