LIHTC Leasing Consultant (35002)

Qualifications :

• 1 year of leasing experience with a strong understanding of LIHTC regulations income limits and compliance rules.  - Required
• Knowledge of Property Management software : Yardi  - Preferred
• Knowledge of affordable housing / government programs
• Excellent customer service : someone who can navigate all types of situations
• Attention to detail
• Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
• Knowledge of Excel Word Document and Outlook
• Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills : ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Additional Information :

Sanoma Palms

Pay : $19-$20 hourly

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday ( 8am - 5pm)
