We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Location : Onsite | Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide empathetic, professional support to patients and clients.
  • Process and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Dispense medical equipment and soft goods billed to insurance (e.g., walkers, bath safety items, orthopedic supports).
  • Handle OTC sales of soft goods and accessories.
  • Perform data entry of patient information and maintain detailed records in internal systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with customer service team members to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Unpack and organize incoming shipments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly dependable with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
