Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Pacific Medical Centers - Canyon Park Clinic)

Join the compassionate team at Pacific Medical Centers' Canyon Park clinic as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with part-time or full-time flexibility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan. Serve a medically diverse patient population and enjoy working in an ideal location. Open to both Family Medicine as well as Internal Medicine experience A minimum of 3 years of Primary Care NP experience is required Flexible FTE with 4-5 day work weeks Good practice location and diverse patient panels Outpatient Primary Care only Growth opportunities to teach and mentor future APC hires / APC students On-site labs and diagnostic services available Compensation is between $126,734 and $165,555 per year Providers may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and / or relocation assistance Where You'll Work As a patient-centered primary care center, Pacific Medical Centers' Canyon Park clinic offers family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric services and numerous areas of specialty care.
