District Manager - Respiratory Home Health & DME Operations

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a seasoned District Manager to oversee operations across two branch locations. This leadership role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional with experience in respiratory home health, durable medical equipment (DME), or post-acute care management . If you're passionate about driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and team development, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do : Essential Job Functions :

As District Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of your branches-financially, operationally, and clinically. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster strong relationships with referral sources and patients.

Key responsibilities include :

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance across two locations
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, FDA / DOT, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCAHO)
• Manage inventory, billing, and documentation to support timely reimbursement
• Collaborate with respiratory clinicians and sales teams to grow referral networks
• Implement and monitor clinical programs such as our Gold Care initiative
• Lead morning huddles, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives
• Maintain high levels of patient and referral source satisfaction
• Drive growth strategies to meet or exceed budgeted goals
• Travel between locations as needed
