Job Description

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift : 40 hours / week (4-5 days / week)

Experience : Minimum 2 years current outpatient experience required; inpatient experience preferred

License : New Hampshire license (or compact)

Certifications : BLS (AHA) - in hand / current at time of submission

Must-Have : Minimum 2 years current PT experience; outpatient experience required; no new grads

Description :

Perm address must be 50+ miles from facility.

Limited request time off preferred; no more than 5 days.

Electronic medical records experience with McKesson is required.

Patient ratios can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift.

Patient population includes adolescent to geriatric.

This position will cover shifts in outpatient physical therapy.

The role involves providing therapy evaluations and / or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients.

The caseload includes orthopedic, neurological, and general medical patients.

Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required.
