Job Full Description

Front Desk Duties :

Answer incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly and courteously.

Check in and out visitors, vendors, and customers, issue visitor badges, safety glasses.

Scan and copy documents and monitor main copy machine.

Match packing lists with purchase orders and then match with invoices. Input invoices in accounting program accurately.

File 'to be paid' invoices, 'paid' invoices, and accounting reports.

Separate and open mail and date stamp.

Maintain "Safety Bingo" game for all personnel.

Light house keeping in front lobby, office hallway, supplies for women's bathroom.

Assemble employee handbook folders for permanent and temporary employees.

Available to deposit incoming checks at the bank.

Available to purchase coffee supplies

Purchasing experience is a plus but not required.
