We are looking for a IT Systems Engineer II with experience in supporting a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and SaaS applications. You should be able to troubleshoot in unfamiliar territory, provide technical support, and maintain third-party applications. This role is 100% remote with occasional travel to sites. Candidates based in the Chicago or Houston metros are preferred but not required.

We’re a Chicago-based company looking for candidates willing to come into our downtown office 2-3 days a week. Skill Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Systems and Endpoint Engineering, or related experience
• Curious and excited to learn
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize between many ongoing projects
• Administration of Google Workspace in an enterprise environment
• Cloud based MDM for Windows, Mac and mobile devices
• Experience as a primary admin of a Cloud IDP such as JumpCloud, Okta or PingIdentity
• Detailed understanding of endpoint management (Windows / Mac), patching and deploying software to large fleets of devices
• SaaS Administration, experience with SSO configuration
• Endpoint administration / orchestration via scripting and GPO
• Scripting knowledge utilizing Python, Powershell or Bash
• Comfortability with Cloud environments, GCP or AWS
