Job Description
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility at this branch and corporate space. The individual selected will be responsible for identifying areas that need attention and responding areas pointed out that need cleaned.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing all paper towel or toiletries in restrooms.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to facility guidelines.
- Respond to emergency clean-ups in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate individuals when necessary.
- Follow facility security policies, locking / unlocking doors as needed.
- Keep an organized storage area for custodial equipment and materials and notify supervisor of supply shortages.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Dresses professionally.Complete all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Employee Specifications

Education and Work Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Technical and Functional Competencies
