Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift : 3rd (Night Shift), Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Compensation : Competitive salary range of $37.50 - $56.25, with additional perks including a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for night shift positions and opportunities for student loan forgiveness up to $20,000.

Unit Overview : Work in our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for diverse and complex patient populations, including :
Post-operative patients recovering from surgeries such as craniotomies and spinal procedures.Patients involved in our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High volumes of spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases.Your Responsibilities :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate patient care.Anticipate and recognize significant changes in patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.Educate patients and families, promoting wellness and safety.Actively participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications :
