Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex system integrations across enterprise applications. The role requires deep knowledge of APIs, data architecture, and business systems such as payroll, ERP, CRM, and HRIS. You will act as a technical lead, guiding integration strategy, others, and collaborating across departments to meet business goals.

• Integration Architecture & Strategy : Architect and lead the implementation of complex integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and synchronization tools. Develop integration roadmaps aligned with digital transformation and modernization goals.
• Platform Integration : Design, implement, and maintain seamless integrations between various internal and external platforms, applications, and systems. This role ensures the reliable flow of data across enterprise systems and supports automation efforts to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and integration tools, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical Leadership : Act as the subject matter expert on integration, providing code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practices to team members.
• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement : Translate strategic business needs into technical integration specifications. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact solutions and communicate progress effectively.
• Compliance, Governance & Project Execution : Ensure all integrations comply with data security standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and internal IT policies. Lead integration projects from scoping to post-launch, coordinating timelines, requirements, and quality assurance with stakeholders.
• Additional Responsibilities as assigned

Requirements :

Job Related Experience : 5-7 years experience building or working with APIs or other tools to integrate multiple applications, Experience with the Penta system or other ERP / accounting-related applications such as payroll, general ledger, job costing, or field service. 5+ years of daily PL / SQL and SQL development in a relational database environment (Oracle preferred)

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

Certification : Relevant certifications in integration platforms, databases, or software architecture preferred
