Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Application Support Engineer (L1) to join our Run Support team. This role provides the first line of defense for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of Clients business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in ticket handling, incident response, and application monitoring using tools such as Helix, AlertBot, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Zabbix.
As part of Clients Scaling and Growth Initiative, the Application Support Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing proactive monitoring to prevent disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Core Competencies
Required : 1-2 years of experience in IT, service desk, or application support.
Education : Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Helix training are a plus.
