SHIFT : Full-Time
Rate : $16 - $18 / hr. (depending on experience)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
An Admissions Concierge welcomes new residents and their families into the facility and makes daily rounds to discuss resident concerns or issues. Ensure all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned and maintained, and beds are made and ready for new admission.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintains and updates Facility orientation material for all new admissions
- Facilitates the completion of the patient / resident expectation questionnaire for all new
admissions
