A company is looking for a Customer Care Team Leader to guide and elevate their Customer Care team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Customer Care Representatives to ensure service excellence and KPI achievement Oversee daily operations, including case triage, task delegation, and performance monitoring Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and facilitate training sessions for team development Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer service or support; 1+ year in a leadership role preferred Proven ability to manage performance and develop team members in a fast-paced environment Experience working with KPIs and performance dashboards Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across departments Experience in a SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled environment is a plus
