NICE is seeking an innovative and decisive Product AI Advocate to drive AI innovation, market research, and proof-of-value initiatives for our Product and R&D teams. This individual will play a key role in staying ahead of trends in Generative AI, evaluating emerging technologies, and identifying opportunities for NICE to enhance its AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.
Work closely with Product and R&D teams to explore and validate innovative AI-driven concepts and features.
Develop proof-of-value and proof-of-concept projects to assess the feasibility and impact of AI-driven innovations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, product management, and marketing, to bring AI initiatives to market.
Identify and evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive competitive advantages for NICE.
Serve as a thought leader on AI trends, contributing to internal discussions, white papers, and presentations.
Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand AI-related challenges and opportunities in the market.
Advocate for AI adoption within NICE, educating internal teams on AI advancements and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience working in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong focus on Generative AI.

Proven ability to think outside the box, innovate rapidly, and make decisive decisions in a dynamic environment.

Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and model evaluation techniques.

Experience working with AI product development, research, or proof-of-concept projects.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face is a plus.

Knowledge of API-based AI solutions and SaaS environments is desirable.
