What You Can Expect :

Full time and Part time available

Day, swing, and night shift available. 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off schedule with 12 hour shifts

Working with virtual nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff

Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits

Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with Customer Virtual Care Team clinicians.

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent

Experience : 3 years relevant experience

Licenses / Certifications : EMT-P State of Practice;

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Valid driver's license.
