Work Schedule :
Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. The schedule will be 4 10-hour days Mondays - Fridays, with one rotating day off each week. You will work at the Public Service Commission (PSC) building in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Basic Life Support Specialist to :
- Participate in the coordination and development of training materials for AHA BLS courses and other certification courses taught at UW Health.
- Assist in the curriculum development and ongoing modification of curriculum of courses.
- Participate in the coordination of resources within UW Health and the community to organize and coordinate paramedic education programs and other programs as assigned.
- Teach courses to all levels of emergency care professionals involved in the delivery of emergency and critical care.

High School High School diploma or equivalent RequiredCompletion of a state-approved EMT-Paramedic education program Preferred orBachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field PreferredWork Experience
6 months Relevant teaching experience Required3 years Experience in pre-hospital emergency response care PreferredLicenses & Certifications
