About the Role

Key responsibilities include providing leadership to the Board of Trustees, managing a portfolio of major gift donors, and supervising the foundation staff. The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic event coordination, and will be expected to maintain a high level of visibility and engagement with the hospital's leadership team.

Applicants for the Executive Director, Development position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' professional experience in the development field, with a proven track record in securing major gifts and capital campaigns. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's degree or specialized certification is preferred.
