Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Schedule : Full-time, evening shifts, with opportunities for call. Flexibility is required, including the possibility of call slots during weekends.

Compensation : Enjoy a competitive pay range of $26.10 - $39.15, and take advantage of a $10,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance or a $2,000 sign-on bonus for evening shifts!

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure a sterile, safe, and efficient environment for optimal patient care using aseptic techniques.
• Prepare and manage the surgical field, including setup and maintenance of necessary equipment and sterile supplies.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating their needs, passing instruments, and maintaining a clear area.
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Engage in patient transport and positioning, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling various equipment and technologies used in surgical settings.
