Salary Range : $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of production and operational staff.
• Administer employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and manufacturing safety regulations.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and leave management.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs, especially those related to safety, compliance, and operational skills.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and support workplace safety initiatives.
