Job descriptionClinic + OR Balance : 2-2.5 days / week in the OR; roughly 50 / 50 split between OR and clinic. Efficient Workflows : Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center known for speed and efficiency. Call Support : Just 3-4 call shifts / month + 1 weekend every 2-3 months; trauma colleagues handle most calls. $1,600 per night
