FP&A Analyst

Position Purpose :

The FP&A Analyst ensures timely and accurate financial reporting supports monthly closings and drives budgeting and forecasting activities. He / she analyzes costs by team and category track actuals vs. budget and highlight variances. By consolidating data from systems SAP and PeopleSoft he / she provides a clear financial view. He / she acts as a finance partner helping business teams planning controlling and optimizing their spending.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities :

• Support a robust and efficient monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems.
• Contribute to the consolidation and alignment of SAP S4 and PeopleSoft data to provide a unified financial view.
• Deliver detailed cost analysis by team and by cost type including labor (FTEs contractors) and non-labor expenses (consulting licenses hardware etc.).
• Provide clear visibility on incurred expenses to support cost control and informed decision-making.
• Prepare regular financial dashboards and KPIs to support managements understanding of business performance.
• Streamline reporting workflows and contribute to the automation of key finance processes to reduce manual intervention and accelerate report production.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements based on system capabilities and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as a business advisor by supporting operational teams in managing and optimizing their budgets through insightful financial guidance.
• Support annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes by consolidating inputs and analyzing deviations.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals forecasts and budgets to identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work with Corporate Finance to reconcile financial data and ensure consistency of reported figures.
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities to proactively alert stakeholders and support decision-making.

Additional Information :

Pay Range : $90000 to $100000 Per Year.
