Accurate Paper Box is a privately held business located in Knoxville TN and serving the Southeast and Midwest. We manufacture and design folding cartons, and related paperboard products to meet a variety of customer needs.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for successfully establishing new opportunities and managing existing customer accounts  to achieve annual sales objectives. This involves prospecting and engaging new customers, managing current customer relationships, partnering with management to complete budget planning, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Understand target industries to align with Accurate Paper Box’s sales strategy
  • Develop knowledge of company capabilities, products, pricing, and processes
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and outreach
  • Create and present sales proposals and follow up with decision makers
  • Resolve customer inquiries on pricing, availability, and order status
  • Collaborate with internal teams on service, pricing, and margin improvement
  • Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) for pipeline, SLA, and account management

People & Culture Focus

  • Actively seek and qualify prospects aligned with strategy
  • Support team goals and enhance customer experience
  • Drive value-added opportunities and long-term partnerships
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience :
  • 5+ years in sales / customer-facing roles

  • 5+ years in folding carton, corrugated, or flexible packaging
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant experience

  • Technical Skills :
  • CRM system experience

  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office
