A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in a nursing home facility located in Pittsburgh, PA. The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are met .

Requirements :

• Valid NP license in the state of PA
• Board Certification
• Long-term care experience- preferred
