Position : Application Support Specialist

Project Description : Assist Power Platform system owner with administration and support of Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and Copilot Agents. Support end-users' ability to create reports, dashboards, apps and flows.

Understand Power Platform architecture and ensure objects are created in the appropriate environments and capacities.

Maintain inventory of objects in Power Platform including identification of owners and developers.

Daily activities might include :

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Power Platform applications, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Agents, and Dataverse.
• Handle escalated support tickets from Level 1 and 2 support, performing in-depth diagnostics to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and manage Power Platform environments, ensuring optimal performance and proactive capacity planning.
• Provide guidance and support to citizen developers, helping them to effectively use Power Platform and Copilot Agent tools and adhere to governance policies.
