Overview
Provides direction, guidance, and development to the Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Incentive Compensation, and the Sales Enablement teams in order to accomplish initiatives being driven by sales senior director. Responsibilities Develops, implements, and rolls out sales operations procedures for all sales divisions. Manages sales operation, incentive compensation, business intelligence, and sales enablement programs functions for the company. Acts as a “Change Agent” to systematically drive and implement process changes throughout the business. Provides leadership and guidance in dealing with obstacles and opposition to change when needed. Manages the Sales Operations, Sales Policy and Sales Communications across all Sales Divisions Drives continuous process improvement within the sales organization to increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures. Leads independent assessments of key sales processes and supporting technologies to identify and / or quantify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and / or enhance technology. Recruits, develops, and manages the efforts of all direct reports towards specific sales operation goals and objectives. In addition, is responsible for the development of the management resources under his supervision. Manages the Sales Project Management function, responsible for leading cross-divisional strategies sales projects and initiatives. Provides direction, guidance and development to the Sales Operations team in order to accomplish initiatives being driven by Divisional & Corporate Sales Senior Leadership. Partners with HROD leadership, in the acquisition of and retention of top talent through compensation, incentive programs, recruitment strategies, onboarding excellence, and sales training. Leads Sales Operations teams to modify Sales Division training materials and programs to match changes in the product offerings due to the introduction of new products and / or features. Equips the organization with operational excellence and practices to improve and optimize business process performance. Qualifications This position is hybrid. Candidate locations considered : Rochester, NY / Cincinnati, OH / Allentown, PA / Phoenix, AZ This position is Learning and Development focused. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or IT - Preferred Master's Degree - Preferred 7 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management and Sales Tools. 4 years of experience in Management.
