Team Size : 5,000+ nationwide; 275 locally (DMV)
Project Types : Cast-in-place walls, tilt-up walls, structural concrete, slabs, site work, foundations, and pre-construction services
Lead and manage cast-in-place concrete projects ranging from $10M to $100M+
Coordinate with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff and field teams
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally

5+ years of experience as a PM on vertical concrete projects (not horizontal)
Background in multi-level cast-in-place buildings, data centers, or other large-scale commercial or industrial projects
Strong understanding of structural concrete, tilt-up walls, slabs on grade / deck, and foundations
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and budgets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working independently and making site / office decisions
