Main Responsibility / Duties Include :
Identifying, locating, sourcing, and ordering parts for techniciansNegotiating with vendors on stocking, pricing, and discount programsHandle over the counter sales with both walk-in and over the phone parts customers / salesCreate purchase orders and match with packing slip and invoiceWork collectively with Service Coordinator on parts status (arrivals)Continue to organize, maintain, and control on-site inventoryUpdate Inventory / Scan incoming inventoryUpdate pricing in QuickbooksStock Company vans with inventoryTrack RAPortray outstanding communication and organization skillsOther duties may be assigned to meet business needsRequired Skills :
Prior experience working in the marine industry is helpfulSome college preferredIntermediate to advanced experience working with QuickBooks (not negotiable)Ability to work independently & as part of a teamAble to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environmentMulti tasker whos able to deal with time sensitive situationsExtremely detail oriented and organizedQuickbooks a must
