Optometrist

First Choice Health Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Optometrist to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community health and improving access to vision care. You will provide full-scope optometric services to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting, with a focus on patient education, prevention, and chronic disease management. This position is located at 478 Burnside Ave, East Hartford

• Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, Thursday, 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm and Friday 8 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm
• The annual pay range for this position is $125,000 - $170,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education certifications, etc.
