Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,272 per week in Salida, CO

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Med-Surg Adult Duration : 14 weeks Shift : Nights Hours per Shift : 36 Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado Certifications : Must maintain current BLS. ACLS and PALS preferred Must-Have : Associate's Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Description : Work where others vacation in beautiful surroundings. Provide acute care and swing bed patient care as a team member. Evaluate health status through the collection and assessment of health data. Provide health teaching and health counseling. Deliver therapy and treatment that supports and restores life and well-being. Execute delegated medical functions. Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans. Document all assessment, interventions, teaching, and care coordination efforts accurately and timely. Collaborate with ancillary departments and physician providers to address the medical, social, and spiritual needs of patients in a culturally and age-appropriate manner.
