Employment Litigation Attorney

Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer, LLC represents individuals in disputes with their employers. We are currently seeking an employment law attorney for our Indianapolis office. A demonstrated interest or experience in employment law is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in preparing for litigation, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the field of employment litigation.
• Utilize writing skills to effectively communicate legal arguments and strategies.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
