Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists of Miami is looking to hire a Medical Director to join the team!

The Medical Director reports to the regional director and is a key leader in the hospital, partnering with the practice manager and hospital leadership team to effect positive change, growth, and development in the hospital. They are influential in the vision and direction of the hospital and are actively involved in fostering a positive culture while ensuring high standards of patient and client care. The Medical Director is an ambassador of Thrive culture and leads their teams by embracing our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Supportive, Empathetic, and Collaborative.

• A multi-specialty and emergency hospital catering to the greater Miami area.
• Services encompass internal medicine, surgery, critical care, oncology, cardiology, and dermatology.
• The hospital handles emergency cases from about 350 local veterinarians, serving a client base of 20,000 cases.
• The hospital boasts cutting-edge technology, including a Vimago CT, fluoroscopy, digital radiography, ventilators, respirators, ultrasounds, and endoscopic equipment.
• A complete range of diagnostics is offered, including cystoscopy, rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy, and more.
