Glenbrook North Glenbrook North High School's Student Services department is seeking an Assistant Scheduler / Home & Hospital Coordinator.
The Assistant Scheduler / Home & Hospital Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the development and maintenance of student and teacher schedules, master course scheduling, and room assignments, while also overseeing the home and hospital tutoring program. This position requires close collaboration with the scheduler, regular verification and updates to the student database, and the generation of schedule-related reports for faculty and administrators. A strong understanding of school policies, procedures, and curricular goals is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions. Through all tasks, this individual promotes a positive, collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes the needs of students and faculty and contributes to a smooth, efficient school operation.
