NetSuite ERP Specialist

ECP, In is currently looking for an ERP Specialist that will be responsible for the administration, customization, support, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system. Ensures data integrity, develops system processes, and partners with business units to improve operational efficiency.

This position is on-site in our Woodridge, IL office and not hybrid or remote.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• include, but not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Computer Skills :
• Proficient in NetSuite ERP administration and customization.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics (saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards).
• Competence with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL database management, including query design, development, and optimization. Strong foundation in relational database principles, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Key Responsibilities :
• ERP Administration :
• Maintain and configure NetSuite ERP modules including Financials, Inventory, CRM, Procurement, and Order Management.
• Customization & Development :
• Utilize SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and custom records to develop custom solutions.
• Design and implement automation for recurring processes.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
• Maintenance & Support :
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and system monitoring.
• Provide timely technical support to end-users and resolve escalated issues.
• Partner with finance, operations, and other departments to support monthly / quarterly / annual close activities.
• Training & Documentation :
• Provide user training and support for business teams on NetSuite features and processes.
• Develop system manuals, training resources, and knowledge base articles.
• Create, manage, and optimize saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and workflows.
• Provide role-based access management, ensuring proper security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, errors, and integration challenges.
• Manage NetSuite updates and releases, testing new functionality.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process flows.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through audits, validation rules, and clean-up processes.
• Must be available for after-hours system maintenance, upgrades, or emergency support as needed.
• Must demonstrate adaptability in learning company-specific processes and providing daily operational support.
• Education and Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ERP administration experience.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and / or SuiteScript preferred.
• JavaScript or general programming experience preferred.

Pay : $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
