We are an ABA clinic based in Orlando, FL, that offers center-based services as well as push-in services to our private school on campus. We are now expanding our services to in-home and will be providing services to other private schools and daycares in the community. Our team consists of enthusiastic RBTs, several of which are student Analysts, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and a full administrative team that support our goals in providing a welcoming and therapeutic work environment. We prioritize maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring the well-being and support of both our clients and staff.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and BCaBAs, for a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. The Analyst will develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients, conduct assessments to identify behavior concerns, lead behavior therapy sessions, and evaluate treatment progress. The role includes collaboration with caregivers and team members to provide training and support, as well as supervising and mentoring behavior technicians. The BCBA / BCaBA will ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines in the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Proficiency in Behavior Management and developing intervention plans to address challenging behaviors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• BCBA certification required and valid license to practice (if required by state).
• An Active Medicaid provider ID
