Description

To assist in the preparation of financial reporting, provide support to the commercial controller. Additional responsibilities include accounts payable and accounts receivables tasks related to commercial accounts, and providing admin support to the management team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

E-literate and competent in developing, administering, and using PC and associated networks and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office) to acquire, manipulate and disseminate information. Studying towards a recognized accountancy qualification Knowledge of using financial management systems Good administration and organisational skills with ability to manage and conflicting priorities. A good communicator who takes the time to listen, understand, and communicate constructively. The ability to influence, advise, and develop strong and positive working relationships with all areas of the business. A self-starter who has initiative and drive to deliver results and make a difference. A problem-solver, with intellectual curiosity and a desire to find better ways of achieving our goals. An inclusive team player who treats everyone with respect.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
