Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by floating between various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support.
• Maintain clinical excellence by quickly adapting to different unit workflows.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, implement individualized plans, and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Anticipate significant changes in patient conditions and respond with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care, focusing on safety and enhanced patient experiences.
