Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorder
• Implement evidence-based interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for clients
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder

Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

Familiarity with behavioral health practices and terminology

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients, families, and team members

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills :

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder

Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods

Understanding of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
