Job description

FRENCHETTE, LE ROCK,  AND LE VEAU D'OR, the critically acclaimed restaurants from chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson, have quickly become New York mainstays, offering French food and natural wine 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

We are looking for enthusiastic industry professionals to join our dynamic wine team. If you are hard working and desire a fast paced and exciting work environment, please send us your resume. Full- and part-time positions are available with room for growth.

An ideal candidate would possess :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant
  • Experience selling and serving natural wine a must
  • The ability to provide natural, precise service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with French cuisine
  • Open availability preferred. Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
  • Experience with inventory and beverage costing.
  • Ability to educate and teach current and future staff in all beverage related areas
