Maintenance Technician
Shift : 7 AM - 3 PM, Mon-Fri, rotating Saturdays
Pay : $34-$40 / hour (weekly pay)
Schedule : Full-time, occasional OT based on workload
About Our Client
One of our prestigious clients in the industrial manufacturing sector, partnered with large national operations, is expanding its maintenance team in South Carolina. They offer long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities supporting critical facility and equipment operations.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair chiller systems - Work on chillers, HVAC equipment, temperature control units, and related components.
- Perform mechanical / electrical modification work - Repair compressors, motors, pumps, fans, piping, switches, VSDs, and more.
- Conduct leak testing and Freon charging - Repair leaks and restore systems to prescribed operating pressure.
- Ensure equipment efficiency - Inspect mechanical systems for performance and safety compliance.
- Use CMMS for documentation - Log work orders and support parts kit creation and updates.
- Track downtime - Maintain accurate downtime records and issue work requests when equipment needs attention.
