CURRENT OPPORTUNITY : Client Account Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Work directly with Clients, Operations Teams and Information Management Team via telephone and email
• Project progress tracking and quote development. HVAC industry is a plus
• Communications with internal service team and external vendor service team
• Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
• Applicants must have a background in project management, computing skills (including Microsoft Office programs and tools), and be a dependable team player.
