Data Center Operations Principal Lead

A company is looking for a Data Center Business Operations Principal Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the work of managers and individual contributors across Data Center Business Services (DBS)

Act as a senior escalation point for operational or contractual issues and drive cross-functional collaboration

Lead process improvement initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to the Director

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in data center business operations or infrastructure project coordination

Strong strategic and operational mindset

Experience with contract management and expense forecasting

Familiarity with process improvement and SOP creation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
