About the role
As the Building Experience and Amenity Manager , you will take full ownership of integrating the partnership between Landlord, Property Management, and Vendors to redefine the building experience. You will manage the day-to-day sales and operations for shared tenant spaces, including meeting rooms, wellness centers, event spaces, and food and beverage outlets.
Your ability to manage amenity partners, property stakeholders, and employees is essential. You will lead a group of tenant experience professionals and third‑party hospitality vendors in a large downtown office tower with a newly completed capital investment in building-wide amenities. Your success will hinge on your ability to design, implement, and document operational models that ensure replicable success as we grow.
This role is ideal for a current Manager or Director of Operations in a multidimensional hospitality environment (like a hotel) who is looking to transition away from working weekends, and who loves creating dynamic customer programs and experiences.

What We’re Looking For
Compensation
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $125,000. The successful candidate’s actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for up to 12% in performance‑related bonus pay.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees.
