RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows, Linux, and Citrix server environments
• Administer and monitor cross-domain solutions (CDS) for secure data access and transfer
• Develop automated scripts and tools to streamline operational efficiency
• Use configuration and monitoring tools (e.g., Active Directory, MECM, SolarWinds) to optimize performance and resolve issues
• Prepare and evaluate requests for change (RFC) submissions
• Document technical processes, including diagrams, standard operating procedures, and run books
