Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support and assist with customer launches. Key Responsibilities : Provide on-call support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues Manage the setup and installation of hardware for client sites Support new customer launches and maintain communication with users Required Qualifications : Comfortable learning new tools and technology Self-driven and able to operate independently Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple competing priorities Willingness to work odd hours, including evenings and weekends
