• The attorney will support clients in complex finance transactions including leveraged acquisitions, restructurings, private equity financing, retail financing, and mezzanine financing.
• 2000 Billable Hours (with 200+ hours creditable).
• The firm will consider candidates who prefer a highly remote arrangement with occasional travel to Chicago.
